How to Return an Item

Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24 hours.
Package Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number on the package.
Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label we provide (for eligible returns) or ship at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective Item Exchanges
For defective items within the warranty period, we may offer direct replacement. Contact our support team to determine if your item qualifies for immediate exchange.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note:
